OrangeG is a four piece experimental folk / indie rock band based out of Pittsburgh, PA. Their songs examine the humanity that connects us in the rollercoaster of life's mood swings. OrangeG's debut album The Void Bereft was released in October, 2022. Recording of a followup sophomore release will commence in January 2026 to be released in the late Summer/early Fall of 2026.
Their frontman Mark started releasing music in 2020 under the OrangeG moniker when the world shut down. He has collaborated with artists around the world under the OrangeG name, lending multi-instrumental talents to a wide variety of projects. He is also a member of The Roundlakes, an international collaboration with John Michie (UK) and James Willows (UK). Their EP, "I'll Take The River" was released in September 2022.
In 2026, OrangeG is planning short tours of the midwest and east coast, playing full band, solo, and duo sets. We hope to see you out there on the road!
